I like the place - I bought a condo unit at KPV 2 years ago and I've lived there with a roommate since. So far my experience there is good. Overpriced and very old, dirty apartment I checked this place and another in Brockton. The price here is much higher while the room is small and dirty. They do not even know how to do landscaping. The representative who talked with me was very impolite, just tried to push the deal

Not a good place any more I agree with the previous review. This place used to be nice until the new manager came. Now I just wait until my contract ends so that I can move out. They will charge you 1 month rent for early termination. I expect that it will be very difficult to get my deposit back.

Bee's I live in Waterford and they do not care of the bee's nests. I have been attacked several times and have watched others. There are hives attached to all of our windows in the complex that are bigger than baseballs.
