Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002

I been a resident for several years at 2000 Commonwealth ave. I think it is one of the best locations to live. For the most part I have always recieved promt attention to any request I have made.Occasionally certain requests took some time but that was not reaaly a problem. This past summer there were renovations in the garage and parking was a bit difficult but the improvements made it worth the hassle.
I also think that the changes in the management staff have made a difference in the quality of service in recent weeks
