Decent apartment, bad management, loud college parties

The apartment is decent, the maintenance is wonderful, but the management is awful. All they want is to charge outrageous rent and make money off trust fund babies. There're lots of Boston College students around who drive Lexus's, Mercedes and BMW's. I was fully intending to stay an extra year at the apartment, but the management insisted on raising my rent by $100/mo while rents everywhere else in Boston was dropping about by $100/mo. Parking is expensive too: $250/mo. Now I found a great apartment in Charlestown with wonderful parking for less than what I paid at Comm Ave just for the apartment. Oh, and guess what, my new apartment complex has a HEATED swimming pool and raquetball court!
So if you want to party with rich snobbish college chicks who don't know how to handle their daddy's luxury cars and you don't mind paying high rent, live here! Otherwise, look somewhere else.
