This would be a great building if the management were more selective of its tenants. Although the building's grounds and maintenance is wonderful, you can expect frequent loud late-night parties held by the large student population. It is not unusual to find empty beer cans and trash on the floors and elevators in the mornings. This is unfortunate, because the building has the potential to be an ideal residence for professionals. Instead, it holds status as a high-end dormitory.
