Some of the previous reviewers mention how good the staff is, "They Must Be Kinding"!

Stay away! They are rude and after your money.

The manager is a whiney little brat. Everytime I talk to her I think she is going to cry and if you ask her the same question enough she will give you a different answer every time! How does she have a job? This woman Kay, if you can call her a woman, she acts like an absolute moron and knows nothing about talking to customers. There are a lot of students here and if they keep treating us like idiots then we just won't live here anymore. I guess they don't know about BC housing development plans. Soon no one will live here!!

Interesting how things change.I was the first maintenance tech there when 2000 comm ave opened in 86 under charles river park mgt.There were bc kids there then also but we rairly had any trouble, and we also had dr's and lawyers living there also.Maybe new mgt.is not as good as we were?Good luck!
