I've lived in the building for almost a year and never once has there been puke in the elevator or garage. I don't know what this person is talking about!!! Any time there has ever been a noise complaint (and maybe I've only had 2...same as any other building I've ever lived in) the 24 hour concierge responds immediately and the noise stops within 5 minutes. The management office is extremely strict about noise and trash and respond immediately. I think Tina and Kay have really turned this building into an amazing place to live. Paula at the desk knows everything there is to know about the area and is always wonderful. If you want a management company that responds to your every need at any time of the day, an apartment with amazing views and all of the amenities you could ever want then you should definitely come here...
