What happened to my oasis in the middle of the desert' My safe haven in the day-to-day hustle of a busy city environment, where did it go' We used love to come home after a hard day at work and feel we had what everone else is looking for, a quiet, peaceful tranquel sanctuary. NOT ANYMORE!

The place is overrun by NOISY college students and yuppies. And what's worse is the management staff is either powerless to do anything about it or JUST DOESN'T CARE.

Also, the rents are sky high but the services are much less. I always thought you get what you pay for but that's not the case here. For what I'm paying I should be leaving in that lap of luxury, instead I'm living in a frat house. Even the "Animal House" had SOME rules. When I graduated I thought that I left that part of my life behind. Now I'm being forced to relive my youth, while trying to hold down a professional career.

If you want to pay WAY TOO MUCH for a dorm environment then you can sublet my apartment. Otherwise do what I'm doing and stay away from the Regency.
