I moved in here about a year ago. Although I think the management is great, the rent is too high for the location of the building. It is located on the Green line (the B line), so it takes me 40-45 minutes just to get into downtown Boston in the morning because of all the BU stops along the way. Also, as a young woman, I have reservations about leaving the building alone after dark even when accompanied by friends.

Although I am only about two years out of college, I too (just like some of the other reviewers) feel as though it gets a bit too loud sometimes. A couple times I've been kept awake into the early morning hours while people in other apartments throw parties until all hours of the morning.

On a good note, however, whenever I've had any problems day or night, management and/or maintenance has been very quick to respond. Also, the building is well maintained!
