About a block from low-income housing...

Nice and well maintained complex, but if you wander up Comm ave after dark I suggest being careful. There are low income housing areas throughout the next few blocks, and you will notice immediately what I mean. I am a 200lb 6'2" guy and I am still very vigilent!
