I have a studio and i think i have a great deal, for $1,100 u get a 550 sq ft studio with looooooots of closet space. if u think thats too much money think again, usual college infested buildings charge $975 for their studios........ the heat and hotwater is included, u have a huge roof deck..... no undergrads are allowed to lease in the building........ great management, they even accept UPS and fedex packages for you and place them inside your apartment if your not at home!!!!!!!!!!! they also give one month for free and you only pay last month as a deposit!!!!! where in the boston area would u find a deal like that!!!
