I have lived at the regency for the past 3 years, and by far this is the best building and management company around. I have lived in the snobby conceirge buildings in Back Bay, regular brownstownes, but I have really felt at home at the Regency. The management fixes everything that you ask for and so quick! The atmosphere of the building is nice and professional, there are some parties once in a blue moon, but they are taken care of. The building is always kept so clean and nice. I love this building!!!!!!
