This is a perfect place for students or residents spending a lot of time at the St. Elizabeth's Hospital. It is also right in front of the Warren T-stop yet does not have the problem of being noisy because someone was bright enough to set this building back about 15 feet from the street. Neighbors are primarily professionals and some med students. Laundry has never disappeared. Maintenance is prompt. The building is quiet both outside and in. Very easy access to MassPike with off-street parking available for $150/month (may also park at nearby St. Elizabeth's Hospital for $25/month). All in all very professional management and well-maintained building and I would highly recommend the place to anyone who needs to be in Brighton.

Hi, I'm considering living at the Regency but am in need of a parking spot. $150 is a little steep, and I assume that I wouldn't be allowed to park at St. Elizabeth unless I work there. Is this correct? Would it be difficult to get a resident permit and try parking somewhere on the street?
