Good maintenance, lots of mice.

I've lived here for 4 years and plan to leave this year due to a mouse infestation in my unit. The location is great and size of the 2-bed is good, as are maintenance people and building in-house management, but 10 mice in >6 months is too much for me. I do not understand why the owner will not pay for proper extermination! Sticky traps don't cut it. Love this place, but too many "squatters".
