	I stay here for years!!!! THe rent increases every year. soon, the price will be untouchable!!! EXTERMELY awful and poor management(Kerry and Mary). Before you sign the lease, their face are so kind and friendly. After you sign, haha, good luck ... more

	Fabulous view of reservoir. Very nice management. NOISE is a problem. Sound insulation is very poor. If students are your neighbors, you'll definitely have noise problems! Otherwise, it's a good place to live.
