I don't see exactly what the other people are really complaining about. I just graduated from college and compared to living in Allston, this place is heaven on earth. Sure the maintenance people are slow to fix stuff, but eventually things get done. Sometimes ever relatively quickly. The person who thinks this is a slum should try living in a REAL slum... or even something close to one...like the places off Harvard Street in Allston. 120-126 Babcock is usually pretty quiet. The area is nice and fairly safe, especially if you walk from the C line in. Most people in the building are older professionals...not very many students. The paint in some apartments is peeling and there are occassional problems with water leaking in through the woodwork...but no pest problems. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
