Very Bad mgt! Wait until you move out!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I rented a townhouse through them for 2.5 years. When I moved out I cleaned everything carefully. They still charged me $400 for "fixing up the house"!!
When I called them to find out why, they said that they are doing me a favor by charging me this little!!
I have photos that I left the house clean, but they say that they have photos that I left the house in a bad shape!
I always had a bad feeling that they woudl do something like this from the start.
Everytime I used to call for some thing like the heater not working or the washer dryer conking out they used to take months to resolve the issue.
Over all I had a bad experience with them and I highely recommend that anyone stay away from these frauds!
