TERRIBLE...AVOID 118-130 BABCOCK (unless you like critters that is)

I have had 2 mice, seen plenty of roaches at the entryway, have lots of spiders (esp in the fall/early winter).
It also took them 1 month and a threat of me placing my rent in Escrow to get an oven and a kitchen floor that is not bubbling.
My ceiling leaked, my toilet will only flush if you flush 2x in a row (this is after it was fixed) my radiator in the bedroom does not work.
I have a screen missing, the fire alarms go off on the extremely cold winter mornings (due to the heat rising from nite to day).
My apartment was also a dump upon arrival (not "professionally cleaned").
When you want to leave, they will give your key to EVERY realtor in the city, so expect 5 tours of your apartment/day.
All this for ONLY 1475 (incl.
parking)...WHAT A DEAL!

I had a similar experience here...I often saw bugs (roaches) in the downstairs area, and several in my 3rd floor apartment as well. I never kept food here for just that reason. The building manager, Tina, has been very rude to me as well. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up fall of 07, it can't come soon enough. I will take note of what you said about the realtors! |
