I have been in the Brighton area for six years now and had no idea this gem of a condo community existed until a year ago when I moved in to a two bedroom unit overlooking a pretty courtyard. I also looked at seven other units in order to find one for my friend. The first floor units are generally nicer (I don't tend to like wall to wall carpeting which is required for second floor units). This is a VERY safe place to live and is well lit. There is a security guard who is always doing rounds at night. Assigned parking is included and there are plenty of spots for guests to park as well. Garbage is picked up at the back door every day except for Sunday and all common spaces are kept very clean. I definitely recommend living here and am contemplating buying a unit here I have liked it so much!
