EXTERMELY awful and poor management(Kerry and Mary). Before you sign the lease, their face are so kind and friendly. They can spill a beer on you from a patio when you are entering building or they can knock your door mistakenly at 2 am in the morning. Thanks to Reservoir Towers 25% Recommended Sep 06 2007: Fabulous view of reservoir. Very nice management. NOISE is a problem. Sound insulation is very poor. If students are your neighbors, you'll definitely have noise problems! Otherwise, it's a good place to live. Towne Estates Inc 80% Recommended Jun 07 2007: Lived at Towne Estates for 4 years now and its been a good experience. My unit was on the first floor which wasn't the best thing, the unit above us had hardwood floors installed. Try getting a top floor unit. |
