Great Apartments - I have lived in the Regency Building for more than 5 years. I have looked around at other buildings in the area, and have yet to find one that is more of a "fit" for me. YUCK! - BUGS EVERYWHERE! This place has not been renovated in 50 years. The ivy along the side of the building looks nice, but harvests BUGS, LOTS OF BUGS. Did I mention it is WAY overpriced for what you get? Keep looking. Oh, and the management is terrible. They will not make repairs on your apartment if you need them. Love it!!!!!!!!! It's the city without urine at your doorstep...the T is across the street...people are nice...they let me use computers and give me paper...It means I don't have to think about anything really...I love it! Lots of parking too which is good especially for guests...
