You'll love it many of the old residents that were upset with this type of living were and are trouble makers only. They are probably bad residents who just love to complain. I've lived three for almost three years and everytime something wasn't right they would come within a day or two but never to the piont of insanity like these other people. When you move in everything is newly renovated, so your unhappiness should be with yourself not them.
