Last spring a young child got shot and killed by an adult in one unit. Recently the playground was burnt down. Unsupervised teens are a problem.
I give credit to management that at least they pay for a police detail, but the point here is that the management pays for it cause THEY NEED IT. HELLO!'
Parking is also a nightmare at night and on the weekends. This year management raised the rent too.

i agree with you 100%, i have lived in battles farm since 1985, and have noticed the longer you live here the less that gets done. the only thing in our apartment that has been updated is the kitchen, they refuse to fix the bathroom floor which i'm afraid of falling through. we have the original closet doors from when the place was built which do not stay on the tracks and have had a few of them fall on me. the office claims we have to pay for new ones because they are old, and don't want to do the updates that they get money for. there are drug deals that go down next door and across the parking lot. during the winter there is a mouse problem if you live near the field that gets to be difficult to get rid of. anyone that is thinking about living here, RUN!!
