This is a nice place to live. we have been here for two years. Everything in our place is new. The office management is great. The manager is extremely fair and nice, very approachable. The maintenance team is fantastic. Although there is not a secure gate, the staff does patrol throughout the night. The grounds are beautiful, pool is well kept. For the most part the tenants are very nice. Two down sides--only one washer and dryer per building, and there is not a little "playground" for the children on site.
