Just a warning from a tenant..... 7 tenant's apts were robbed over the past few months, of prescription pills and jewlery. No noticable break ins, no unlocked doors or windows, and nothing taken that was left out in the open- possible master key''' All stuff in private cases/locations. I am one of the tenants, along with 4 others that filed a police report (so it's on file, and known)..... so yes your rent can be 1020 a month and include heat, but someone else will be wearing that nice ring your husband/wife bought you for that special ocasion, or your dead fathers pocket watch will be a great bargin at the pawn shop!!!!!!!!! BUT hey rent is affordable.

ps: dont get me started on the car break ins.........lol

Is this really true! I have been thinking about re-locating back to MA from New York. I have lived here since I am 17 and have NEVER felt unsafe. When I read some of the reviews here and @ other places - I get really NERVOUS about the idea of moving back to Brockton, MA. Are there any other apartment complexes that are known to be very good to live in. Thank you. Diane Goodwin
