I have not met the new manager yet but heard she is very nice. The previous manager was not easy to deal with and the assistant manager is the same way. The assistant has no empathy and is completely rude to you when you have a problem, no matter what it is. When the office LOST my rent check they sent me a notice of eviction, they never apologized for their mistake. The new laundry card system they have - ate my money but they claimed - "it was impossible" -like a machine is not capable of malfunction. The walls are really thin, I can hear my downstairs neighbor flush the toliet and the people next to me having a conversation, I feel like I have roommates. For the amount of money the tenants pay, I think we deserve a little more respect and professional attitude when asking a question or trying to get something handled instead of instant attitude. I deal with the public everyday and although I would like to tell some where they can go, I stay professional. The outside of the building looks really nice, they should hire a new assistant to match the property.
