You will get a brand new apt, granted...they gut the apartments and renovate them. However if you're an older tenant like me you're screwed! You ask for anything new and it's excuse after excuse. Cheryl, the "assistant" is well...a biotch! and that's being nice. Janet is a little better then Shari, but you ask her something, or tell her you have a problem she kind of brushes you off. Be aware that there is a "clique" and if something happens, they know about it and it will get around the complex.

Kids, if you have them, this is not a good apt building. There is no where for them to play other than the parking lots, because god-forbid they go on the grass. Someone will call the office and complain about your child and you will have a note on your door about it.

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything. Open your "maintenance" closet and you can hear your neighbor eating! If you're on the second or third floor and you walk heavy' you will have a note on your door. If you close your crappy, mildewy cupboards too loud' You will have a note on your door. The maintenance guys Shane, Tommy, and Jeff are very nice and prompt about fixing things.

So do I suggest you move here' Only if you're single or a very quiet couple. Oh and the complex is very well know for cars getting broken into on a very frequent basis in the summer.
