I don't understand why people complain about this place. Every large complex has something wrong with it. I have a two bedroom apartment for $1020 that includes heat & hot water. You can't find a better deal than that. The landscaping is kept very well. Whenever I call the office to have something done in my apartment, the office people are nice to me. The work usually gets done that same day or the next day. All the maintenance guys have been friendly and helpful. I feel safe coming home late at night and finding a parking spot is not a problem. It's not a great place for kids. There is a swimming pool and tennis court, but no playground for kids. Kids are not allowed to play in the grassy areas or parking lots. Over all I love Belmont West and plan to live here for a long time.
