I would recommend this apartment complex, just to warn you though...there are ample problems with drainage that I have had (and one very rude maintenace man who didnt know a family member of ours was around when he was bad mouthing us about there being "always something wrong"(even though he wouldnt have a job if no one called- if my bath tub is backing up with garbage disposal grudge, yes i am gonna call-and if he did the job right the first time, i wouldnt be calling thats for sure....but anyways). Its gotten to the point where i feel like a pain calling but yah know what, I pay the rent so i think i deserve to have someone come and fix problems that were here before i moved in(and yes, i did put them on the list, but half of the stuff is still on that list)

There are a couple of maintenance men that are very nice- they are there to help because they wouldnt want it happening in their aprtment or home, so i guess one bad apple shouldnt ruin the bunch. The office ladies seemed nice when I moved in here & when I was looking, otherwise I dont see or hear to much from them. The noise kinda stinks but you have to expect it living in an apartment, if its that much of a problem, Im sure you coud just ask them to lower it down a little....but people are pretty respectful. I have a couple of very sweet neighbors, no parking issues, and have had a great experience with everything other than that one subject. It is a great place for people to start out, i think, or move when you want to downsize from a house..
