ALL ELECTRIC IS NOW PAID BY TENNANTS AND THAT INCLUDES HEAT.SUMMER BILLS ARE 120 TO 150 WINTER IS AN ESTIMATE BTWEEN 140 TO 300 . NO BARGAINS HERE!!!!!!
