	this place is out of control! there is a big MOUSE problem in this complex and when you go to management they will give you a few square sticky pads to catch the mice..ugh you wake up to find mice ... more

	ALL ELECTRIC IS NOW PAID BY TENNANTS AND THAT INCLUDES HEAT.SUMMER BILLS ARE 120 TO 150 WINTER IS AN ESTIMATE BTWEEN 140 TO 300 . NO BARGAINS HERE!!!!!!

	Finally a they hired a new manager! I put in maintenance request and it got done fast. And right. It used to take too long. About time.
