Chatham West Apartments

Chatham is NOW a pretty slum-project! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   Chatham West used to be known for their nice up-keep and their professionalism. I've lived there for 3 years now and it's steadily going downhill. Security is non-existent and I wonder whether or not they were as CORI'd as I was to move in. Chatham will rent to anyone with a voucher, laundered drug-money, or cash. There are 5-8 people living in one-bedrooms and the parking lot might as well have an enter at your own risk sign posted for all the kids playing football and riding bikes around expensive cars in the lot. I'm moving as soon as I can!!
