There were some serious issues with this place when I lived there. The shared laundry room was a disaster, people left their stuff in the washers/dryers all day, and people would take out my stuff before it was done, and pile it up on top of another machine. This was a minor annoyance compared to what I dealt with with the neighbors. There was a man living in the next apartment, who would be smoking pot on a regular basis (you could smell it walking past his apartment), and would listen to his music way too loud all hours of the night. When I asked him to lower it, he threatened to go on the balcony, break my window, and come kill me. He would bang on the wall to keep me up at night, and I never felt safe. I complained to the management staff, and they told me there was nothing they could do about him because he was section 8.

Parking is a serious issue, people would have their visitors parking in the resident spots, and the only spot I could get was far away from the building. I did not feel safe walking that far at night, because of the people who hang out in the parking lot at that hour of the night.

Worse that this was the trash issue. The dumpsters would be overflowing, with trash everywhere. Animals would tear open the bags, and scatter trash all over the lot. Mattresses, old bikes, and other large items would be strewn around the dumpster, seriously bringing down the appearance of the place. In the summer, the trash would stink, and we had to keep the windows closed.

This place is a slum, and I moved 10 months later, forfeiting those last 2 months rent for the 1 year lease just to get out early. Don't even bother, this place is trashy, and way overpriced. Drive a couple miles into stoughton or easton, there are beautiful apartments at a much better rate, and better quality neighbors and landlords.
