Pine Estates

As you can see I've lived there many years. I still visit. Beacon Mgmt. has done a lot of beautification to attract and keep tenants, but they have poor customer service. They used to have people that worked there that were freindly. They fired all the maintenance staff and changed office staff. When I heard that a dead body was found in broad daylight stabbed on top of a car then I knew that I was never going to stay there with my child again. Another maniac drowned his infant there. It seems like nowadays they let just anyone in the door. I hope they're doing CORI checks! There are tons of kids there. Parking is terrible. IF you don't live there you have to always check on your car so it don't get towed. There is not enough parking on the street to cover guests. I am in security and they have always been the worst since I've been there, probubly the worst I've seen anywhere! Also, the basketball court is a joke. The pool rules are too. I wish I had better things to say about recent happenings there. I have many about 15 years ago though.
