A real hell hole

Guns, drugs & violence. Too many subsidized apartments and welfare moms who bring with them trashy drug-selling boyfriends. Children are rude and often have sex in broad daylight. Management doens't care, because they don't live here. Vehicles keyed. Stolen and stripped cars left on the property. Apartments are literally falling apart. Walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor sneeze or their phone ringing among other things.
