The apartments are not too bad.But living here is a headache. I moved in about a month ago. I was told rent would be 727 a month. A week after I move in, I get a notice stating that my rent will probably go up to $800.00. The thing that made me angry was that managemnet never said a thing to me about the possibility of rent being raised. Another problem with The Pines is parking. They say you can't park there unless you have a sticker. I know that sounds simple enough but getting one is pretty difficult. My car is registered under my mother's name because I can't afford to have it switched to my name. So therfore, I can't get a parking sticker. I don't ming parking in the visitors area except there's absolutely no parking spaces available. I have to park in the residents area which also has very limited parking. Everyday I worry about my car being towed. I think this is a problem which needs to be addressed
