I recently moved from The Pines in Nov.

the office staff is so unproffesional, I most likely make more than the receptionist that thinks she can talk to people anyway she wants and the only normal girl Tammie that pretty much runs the office seems so sad all the time I used to see her smiling and really seemed to love her job.

Now not only is the entire staff Cape Verdean and not even citizens but so is the people they are letting in to live.

Parking is a joke your told to get a parking sticker, when you move in with your registration and you still get towed because your inspection sticker has expired come on is this boot camp or what' I paid over $800 a month to be told who can visit me and who can't, to be spoken to rudely by anythin hired off the street to sit behind a desk and speak another language, to have to park my car a half mile away with a sticker and then to have it towed or vandilized.

Drug dealers on the street all night long and lets not bring up the eviction notices they send out every month even when they owe you money because they can't keep the staff right come on wouldn't you have moved from little cape verde I have nothing against people from other countries but give me break this is out of control they leave there kids home alone vandalize the grounds and then stay up all night drinking in the parking lots and funny they never get spoken to by the cape verdean staff!! thank god I am out of there and bought my own home....
