Due to your OUTRAGOUS and OBSURD rental increase I will be vacating the premises by the end of this month. Please use my deposit to cover this months rent which was $790.00 as per my lease agreement signed in July 2007.

I moved into this apartment under the assumption it was supposed to be for LOW INCOME and AFFORDABLE, If I knew you lied to your tenants to get them to sign a lease, I would never have agreed to this. Two months after signing my lease with the Pines, you increase it by 10% and according to the Brockton housing court and Mass General law, both parties have to agree to any changes in the lease agreement. I do not agree , therefore I would have looked for a studio or a 1 BR for myself and my 2 year old child.

I do not have the time or energy to fight you in housing court, However; I am happy to announce that per the instruction of my attorney, I have contacted the Brockton Housing Authority, The Enterprise, The Patriot ledger, HUD and the Attorney Generals office. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau in regards to your POOR and UNETHICAL business practice.
