In response to some of the reviews, I have lived at the Pines for years, and I have to say there is finally a management staff that is knowledgeable, professional and willing to help even if it is not their job.

The staff that is here now is the longest I have seen stay which about 2 years now.

The landscaping is always kept up.

it can be noisy at times with the neighbors, but that is not the faults of the staff, it's the design of the apartments.

I take it that you have not lived here as long as I have. I've seen this place go from a very quiet community to pure hell. Now you're right about the design of the property, but everyone is entitled to what is called, "quiet enjoyment." Look it up. The staff are responsible for that. By letting trash move in, the place has turned into garbage.

The apartments here are great for the price. But the management office is ridiculous. I can never keep track of the employees as they switch them on a bi-monthly basis. You never know who the manager is. They can never properly keep track of rent. I have been here for well over 2 years and going in to pay rent and keep track of my ledger has been nothing but a headache, wrongful 14-day eviction notices and all. As for little Cape Verde, whatever, none of them speak English so they don't even conversate. The drugs and crime that everyone is talking about is a force. It is not at all bad in here. It is quiet besides the little ones. I can think of 20 way worse neighborhoods in Brockton trust. The best part about The Pines is the location. Being directly off the Bat bus line is convenient, as well as being close to the mall, CVS, Walgreens, WalMart, etc. Not to mention my wonderful daycare just yards up Oak Street. But I'm beginning to wonder if it is all worth the headache of them playing games with my money.
