Yes they have remodeled the apartemnts and the landscaping but it is still a horrible place to live. the remodeling of the apartments are quick and cheap. everything is always breaking and you have to wait for days for maintenance to come and fix things, and then it sometimes takes days for them to be working on it. the apartments are not worth the rent. the rents are outragous.
Management is to money hungry. the mainteneance people are very rude this past snowstorm the plowing was so horrible, the plow guys drove around the complex drunk as hell plowing everyone in. it is just a shame.
and then they claim the heat and hot water is included, the apartmetns are so cold in the winter.
i would not recommend anyone to move in.
