HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST PLACE MY FAMILY & I HAVE EVER LIVED.OUR"TIMED SERVED" FINALLY ENDED 6/1 AND WE WERE COUNTING THE DAYS TO GET OUT AND WE SURE DID AS FAST AS WE COULD..ALSO SEE RAINTREE VILLAGE FOR OTHER REVIEWS FROM THE "FREED"..THEY ADVERTISE 24 HOUR MAINTAINCE,FREE HEAT AND EVEN PLEDGE TO BACK THESE UP...BUT WHEN YOU CALL TO HAVE SOMETHING FIXED.NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE EXCEPT RENT DAY.....TAKES FOREVER TO GET ANYTHING FIXED,IF EVER,SEEMS THEY MAKE THINGS WORSE!!!!..FREE HEAT??? WHERE IS IT?? VERY COLD...EVERYTHING BREAKS BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEAP.EXCEPT FOR THE RENT,STAFF IS RUDE & AND CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE RESIDENTS...THEY ARE NICE AND PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING UNTIL YOU SIGN YOUR"SENTANCE" THEN IGNORE YOU.PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE AND DURING SNOWSTORMS IT IS A DISASTER!!!!! MY KIDS HAD TO PLAY IN THE PARKING LOT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PLACE FOR THEM TO PLAY.....DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE....YOU WILL REGRET IT
