Murder and Arson....RUN! Last spring a young child got shot and killed by an adult in one unit. Recently the playground was burnt down. Unsupervised teens are a problem.
I give credit to management that at least they pay for a police detail, but the point here is that the management pays for it

sigh my mom still lives there...her cabinents and tiles are falling apart, they don't upgrade her things and her heat says at a fixed temp because she doesn't pay "top dollar" and it's freezing in her house!!...DOn't get me started on the laundry facilities!!!
