Great location - very nice building

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
I have lived there for 7 years - you couldn't ask for a better location - off Beacon between Kenmore Sq. and Coolidge Corner, close to Fenway, MFA, BU, etc. The super of the building is a pain in the ass - a crusty old guy, but he's retiring 8/04 - the 'security' sleeps most of the night sitting up in a chair, and some of the doormen during the day are very, very nice, but others are completely useless. Someone needs to be responsible and in charge of those guys and get the professionalism going there. But overall, a great place - really good about fixing things right away, atc.
