Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2007
this building has been completely redone outside and inside. New balcony ..brand new garage.Lobby Halls fabulous color ..2 new elevators...hall rugs doors. a nice mix of young and old. new building manager very helpful. automatic door openings with your card. the shops are one block away..super market, hardware store. 4 wonderful restaurants plus some small food shops.the doormen leave a lot to abe desired but one guy does lots of chores and gets your packages.
