Don't do it

First of all, the owner of the building is a complete crackhead who always has his dealers delivering when he's not smoking up the place with his cigarettes and walking around in his terry-cloth robe like a broke Hugh Heffner. The maintenance in the building is a freaking joke. They have no idea what it means to be a DOOR MAN. Door man means OPEN DOOR, not stare blankly or talk on the phone when old ladies are struggling to get into the building with heavy bags. The door men ONLY materialize during Christmas season THEN it's "Oh good morning and good evening!" DON'T BE FOOLED This is only because they want a tip. EVERYONE IS ILLEGAL INCLUDING THE BUILDING MANATER whose wife operates an illegal cleaning operation which you SHOULDN'T BUY INTO, not unless you LIKE illegal immigrants rifling through your stuff. Not to mention the fact that the parking lot is a free-for-all during Sox Season because the door man offer Red-Sox Game people parking for $10 dollars a pop so good luck getting parking with the lot being at OVERCAPACITY with illegal parking. The lifeguard is a freak! Keeps lears at all the ladies in the pool often making them feel uncomfortable. Pets are not allowed on the premise but there seems to be dogs everyone one looks. Regardless of where your apartment is located, you will always always always hear the train promptly at 6 a.m. And finally, in the laundry room, if you can manage to FIND an open machine, be mindful of the douche-bag who likes to put her grimy paws on your clothes if you're more than five minutes late getting your stuff out of the washer or dryer.
