Moving Out Soon. Glad its over. Please read you lease carefully. Check the condititon of your apartment throughly. Get any doubtful issues sorted out in writing. Once you are in the only thing that may help you is legally binding documents, in case things get ugly (which they are likely to). Dealing with the management is an absolute nightmare!!!! And if you have other housing options consider them seriously.
