Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2004
 
I have lived in the Barclay House for over 7 years now. The present management and maintence crew have a lot to be desired and are rude and unhelpful. Get everything in writing as their verbal promises are useless.
Although many astehtic improvements have been made over the years, the noise is a real problem. If you want a good night's sleep I suggest you look elsewhere. Also, I hope you love dogs because if you don't this place is not for you.
