Worst experience ever

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2001
 
The management is consistently been either inept of overwhelmed, and they freely admit it. The most over-priced piece of crap you'll find. And the owner is a crook. I had an ulcer even after fleeing. Truly, the worst rental experience I've ever had - and I've had some bad ones.
