Rent a walk-up instead !!

The Barclay IS NOT a luxury building. The only thing the management does is to rent out apartments with the help of a billion lies. One would be better of getting a walk-up and could save all that extra money. It is an old building so every now and then something goes wrong, like the time the was no airconditioning. This combined with the rude and worthless management means when things go wrong , which they frequently do, there is no one to help you out. So it makes more sense to rent a walk up.
