There are still renovations going on. You will be affected even if you are many floors away. I agree with the last review a 100 %. When we moved in we were told the same lies about renovations. Its been about 3 months and these noisy renovations have not stopped. Sometimes its this appartment, sometimes its that. And sound travels in this building like sunlight.

The 'mixed bag' review i think is comming from the "management". And it claims that IT IS THE RESIDENTS that are pushy, rude or something to this effect - well even if true, why would anyone want to rent in a building apparently filled with such people. And if the place is so great why does the managment have to stoop to renting to such people.

The management sucks, the conciege is o.k but without much authority-so doesnt really help. Noise from the renovations and the parties will give you a sleeping disorder and migranes. There may be trash in the hallways. Unleached dogs roaming arround. 3 power outages within 24 hours are not impossible.

Well there is a long list and it can go on forever. The worst part is the rosy picture that the management paints while you are about to rent here. All those lies and fake smiles. I guess they dont know that an oral contract is binding........someday they can get into real trouble.
