Well we hoped that with the new management things will get better. The new management is definitely better at face saving. They are definitely a little more pleasant to deal with-they dont treat you like they pay your rent-like the last ones. Their problem is that they will keep putting you off. If you've got a problem you can call all you want, they will take their own sweet time (many many many days). Apparently other things in the building, not problems of residents get priority.
