I have been tremendously happy living here. It?s unfortunate my job is relocating me. The location is wonderful because the T is right out the front door so I don?t need a car, there is a gym (which is not large) but I haven?t had to spend extra money for a gym membership, there is a pool and a concierge! I'm not sure why people say that it is noisy. This is aparatment living, of course you can hear your neighbors! If there are parties you should be reporting them to the concierge or to management. They can't do anything if you don't let them know. Overall this was a great place to live.
